General Terms of Use

These general terms of use ("General Terms") provide guidance and reflect specific provisions governing the competition to win one of the prizes. They constitute a binding agreement between the applicant and any training organization affiliated with the Le Wagon Group, managed by La Loco SAS ("Le Wagon", "the Training Organization", "we"), a company incorporated under the laws of France under TIN 810930123.

On the occasion of Le Wagon's tenth anniversary, Le Wagon has organized a competition. Please read these General Terms carefully before participating in the competition as they define the conditions of our relationship throughout the competition process. The term "Participant" refers to individuals who have entered the competition referred in article 2 to win one of the prizes mentioned in article 1.1.

The term “Alumni” refers to a former vocational training trainee of Le Wagon , who took part in the competition as defined in article 3, who meets the conditions of article 3.3 to win the rewards mentioned in 1.2.

An Alumni can also participate in the competition defined in article 2 and be considered a Participant; in this case, the terms Alumni and Participant will apply to them depending on the situation.

The Participant or, if applicable, the Alumni and Le Wagon are collectively referred to as "the Parties".

The Participant or, if applicable, the Alumni can access the current version of the General Terms at any time on Le Wagon's website and can print, download, and/or save them.

1. Description of Prizes

1.1. These General Terms apply to the competition competition mentioned in article 2, organized by Le Wagon to win one of the following prizes (hereinafter the “Prize(s)”):

• A Bootcamp* valued at seven thousand euros (€7,000) - 1 Prize;
• A discount of one thousand euros (€1,000) on a Bootcamp* - 3 Prizes (3x€1,000)
• Intro course** valued at five hundred euros (€500) - 5 Prizes (5x€500)

• Full-time and part-time formats,
• Organized at the following campuses*: Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes, Rennes, London, Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Zurich, Brussels, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Melbourne, Sydney, Dubai, Shanghai, Singapore, Bali, Mexico City, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, or online subject to availability in the Participant's region.
• Intro Course: Gen AI, subject to availability in the Participant's region.

Each Participant may win only one Reward.

1.2 Alumni can win one of the following rewards (hereinafter the “Rewards(s)”):

• If they share our campaign on LinkedIn under the conditions of article 3.4: a gift card worth one thousand euros (€1,000) in GoGift or the equivalent in their country.
• If they share a video of themselves/story under the conditions of article 3.5: A Le Wagon golden ticket, giving them access to Bootcamps and Intro Courses as indicated in article 1.1 from Le Wagon for life.

An Alumni may be awarded both Rewards.
