Lead Marketing and Data Automation Teachers at Le Wagon excel in their field and are passionate about learning and education. They play a starring role in our courses, being instrumental in helping our students get the skills they seek.
Your Responsibilities
You will be the owner of the session - explaining the key concepts through the content provided by Le Wagon and also leading the team of Teaching Assistants supporting you throughout the day.
Together you will lead a group of students of varying skill levels, which requires excellent communication skills as well as empathy. Although the exact day flow and tasks may vary due to the topic, individual student levels or size of the teaching team, below you can find the tasks you will be responsible for during a typical course:
- Run online sessions for 2h30 between during the week ( generally 6.30pm to 9:00 pm)
- 5-10 min Intro, Q&A and lecture wrap-up
- 2 hours exercises in small groups.
- 20-25 mins correction with Q&As
- One short course lasts 8 weeks with two sessions a week : Monday / Wednesday or Tuesday / Thursday (always the same days for a given batch)
- Check in with the students during the day, making sure the atmosphere is good and nobody is falling behind
- Support students during their final projects
- Liaise with Le Wagon Staff whenever needed
About You
- You are based in

- You have 2-3 years experience in either:
- Growth ops, no-code development, and implementing workflows internally
- Data engineering, creating data pipelines and setting up ETL processes
- You have teaching experience for groups and through 1:1 mentoring or pair programming
- You are an inspiring leader, empathetic and love to help others reach their objectives
- You are a clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal English. Breaking down complex concepts with people who are new to technology is not a challenge for you
