These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) provide directions and reflect the specific provision governing the Le Wagon Bootcamp Bundle offer (“The Programme”). They constitute a binding agreement between the applicant and Le Wagon Group headed by La Loco SAS (“Le Wagon,” “the Training Organisation,” “we,” “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of France, under TIN 810930123.
Please carefully read and review these Terms & Conditions before applying for the Le Wagon Bootcamp Bundle offer, as they establish the terms of our relationship throughout the promotional offer.
“You,” “Applicant,” and/or “Trainee” shall mean all users of the Programme. The Applicant and Le Wagon are collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
The Applicant may access the current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on the Le Wagon’s website and may print, download and/or save it.
1.1. Le Wagon Group has set up the Promotional Offer, available for Training Organisations located in Europe (the “Territory”), which grants the following special offer:
Additional access to 2 Skill Courses of their choice:
Data Analytics Essentials or Python & Machine Learning.
1.2. These Terms & Conditions and the training agreement signed between Le Wagon and the Applicant both supersede all previous written or oral agreements between them relating to the Training courses defined in 2.2 herein and/or general or specific conditions accompanying Le Wagon’s offers relating to the Training Courses. Differing or contrary terms do not apply.
2.1. The Programme applies to the Applicant in the following conditions:
To be eligible for the Le Wagon Bootcamp Bundle offer defined in article 1.1.1, the Applicant must meet the following criteria:
The applicant must have enrolled for one of the eligible courses starting on 24 November 2025.
For every offer listed above, the Applicant must:
Be at least 18 years old.
2.2. The Programme solely applies to the following eligible Training Courses provided by Le Wagon and starting in 24 November 2025 (the “Training Courses”):
